Bedrooms

• The carpet will be steam cleaned and vacuumed (additional charge).
• Fitted cupboards will be dusted and any marks removed, if possible.

• All surfaces will be thoroughly cleaned. This will include removal of lime scale from bath tub, basin and WC. All woodwork will be wiped down and all mirrors will be cleaned as well as the floor. We will also clean the shower curtain of all mildew and/or soap.

Reception Room

• All surfaces will be cleaned and /or vacuumed. This will include carpets (steam cleaned or spot cleaned if necessary).
• All marks on soft furniture (sofa bed, chairs) will be spot cleaned. (additional charge)
• The mattress and blanket for the sofa bed will also be laundered/dry-cleaned. (additional charge)
• Light bulbs will be checked.
• Windows cleaned inside and out and if necessary all woodwork will be wiped down.
